2-2 Payment method
Paypal is our preferred. And Paypal is safe online payment method.
B. Other method
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. OS-Store tries to provide but does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Registered airmail – Post by China Post with tracking number, normally takes 2~3 weeks to reach. Due to some uncertain factors, parcel maybe delayed some days.
EMS – Post by China Post Express with tracking number, normally takes 1 weeks.
Fedex – Delivered by Fedex with tracking number, 3~5 days.
DHL – Delivered by DHL with tracking number, 3~5 days.
UPS – We only do ups by freight collect right now.
* Liquid products shipping – All the liquid products will be ship by registered airmail. If combined order which included one or more liquid products, then the liquid products will be shipped separately.
* About freight collect, if you would like to freight collect, please let me know your shipping account.
4.Duty & Insurance
All price doesn’t include any customs duty and insurance. If any customs duty fee caused, customer should pay for it.
5.Warranty & RMA Service
5-1 Refund policy
Unless otherwise indicated, all merchandise may be returned with original packing within 7 days from the date of parcel received for a refund.. EXCEPTION: Pet accessories will not accept any return and refund. All the shipping fee should be paid by customer.
5-2 Repaired article
We tested each article when parcel sipped out. In case you received any defective item, you can keep the item and get some partial refund or return it to make exchange or get repaired. If any misjudgment happens, customer should be responsible for the repair fee and both return and re-ship fees.
If the returned article is not just we shipped to you, we keep the right to forfeit it.
6. We keep the right to report any fraud or tricks to the law.
