What’s OS-Store return progress?Unless otherwise indicated, all merchandises may be returned with original packing within 7 days from the date of parcel received for a refund.. EXCEPTION: Pet accessories will not accept any return or refund.
How long does it take for OS-Store to progress my returned item?

Does OS-Store pay the return shipping cost?
No, OS-Store does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. OS-Store is not responsible for product defects, because OS-Store does not manufacture the products. However, if you pay to send the item back to OS-Store, OS-Store will replace the item and ship the replacement to you. OS-Store will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item are replaced promptly, without hassle.
